With our combined complex’s we can now offer 62 acres of peace and tranquillity.

The large eight-acre lake, Lodge Lake is the centre piece of Lower Lakes. It offers ample private pegs (for residents only) with many features and various depths and shelves reaching a maximum depth of 12 feet.
Our 1 acre lake, Iris Lake, is perfect for young anglers and beginners. There are several secluded pegs and plenty of margin features and varying depths up to 7 feet.
Both lakes are naturally stocked with Carp both Mirrors and Commons to 20lb plus, quality Roach, Bream, Rudd, Tench Perch and Gudgeon.
All methods produce and varying baits depending on seasons.
